Missions

The Bible commands Christians to go and tell the Good News. This is our MISSION! Whether it is in Santa Fe, other areas of the U.S., or remote areas of the world. We long for the establishment of Christ's Kingdom on this earth. Imagine a world where there is true justice. A world where none are suffering. But, Jesus said, that before that time can come "this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." Matt. 24:14

Tents of Mercy in Haifa, Israel

This is a Messianic Jewish congregation which reaches out to all Jews, but especially to the immigrants, those who are poor and lowly, and in need. This congregation is pastored by Rabbi Eitan Shishkoff, and his wife, Connie. Their children and spouses are involved, as well. Eitan was an Elder in Capital Christian Church many years ago, and now has "graduated" to this position.

Albania

God has also called us to support His work in Albania. Albania fell under Communism following World War II and it became the poorest country in Europe during that time. When God opened the door in 1991, we began sending missionaries there! Still today, there is fruit from the work that was started, and we are believing God for an even greater outpouring in the future! We support Kishe Nxensit e Jezusit (Disciples of Jesus Church) there. It is pastored by Von Golder and his wife, Sue, who are from the U.S. It has a strong group of Albanian Elders, as well! They minister in the capital city of Tiranë, in outlying areas around Albania, and even in Kosovo.

Casa De Amor Para Ninos

Casa de Amor Para Niños is an ecumenical Christian work in Palomas, Mexico (just across the border from Columbus, New Mexico). We lead the Board of Directors, which includes people from a number of other Christian churches in New Mexico, and Mexico, as well. It is an Orphanage/Refuge for abused and neglected children. We currently house anywhere from 14-20 children there. A group of volunteers goes down to the Orphanage to minister the 2nd weekend of every month.
